In hopes of looking for any migrating warblers last weekend, we headed out to Lochness Park in Blaine. We have had good success for viewing migrating warblers. This time it was quiet however we spotted some Mallards and among them was a Great Egret.
If anything it is a nice walk, a lot of people have a tendency to bring their dogs out for walks or to jog with. Among the egret was off to the side two Green Herons. That seemed to be the most we got from Lochness, oh well there is always next year. We then went to another location in hopes of more birding opportunities.
